WHKY's Rob Eastwood reports as a man on the sex offender registry as the result of a 2006 conviction in Lincoln County has been arrested in Catawba County for failure to register as a sex offender and has also been charged as an habitual felon. Arianna Mack has three arrests from the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office with suspects facing charges for failure to appear, felonious restraint, a probation violation, armed robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of meth, and possession of cocaine. WHKY's Ralph Mangum finishes up with arrests from Hickory Police, Catawba County Sheriff's Officers, and Newton Police with one suspect facing charges for second-degree kidnapping, assault by pointing a gun, communicating threats, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and assault & battery.
