This video is a response to Rena Malik, M.D.’s video: I discuss the research she cites, her conclusions, and add my own experience. I also talk about the side effect profile and risks of both meds, including vision affects, priapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours) and the more common minor side effects. I also talk about the risks of GERD, which very rarely can lead to cancer, and using these meds for BPH. Lastly, I talk about using these meds in combination, which I think can work well, contrasted with the problems I see with combining them in a single pill.
