In this episode, I discuss a medication known as Cialis (Tadalafil). I go over when to take Cialis, how long does Cialis last, and briefly discuss the potential medical emergency of Priapism. It is recommended to take Cialis 1 to 2 hours prior to activity and it will last up to 36 hours. If you have an erection lasting 4 hours, you should seek medical attention.
