You should always call out small penis "jokes" as indicative of the jokers' own sexual insecurity.
Create a social dynamic that makes such jokes as despicable as people "joking" about genocide.
People have no idea how much SO MANY men are deeply hurting over this issue and being eaten alive inside by having to be silent about it in private.
I do not tolerate "small penis" shaming on my channel towards any of my subscribers, viewers or in any of my comments. Its not a joke.
Its cringey, its childish and makes you look like a total insecure idiot if you do it. So don't.
