QUESO COTIJA - another crumbly cheese, this one is a bit more robust with a salty flavor that is similar to parmesan or feta. If you want to really put a burst of flavor onto your food, use queso cotija to top your tacos, beans, or soups!
QUESO QUESDADILLA - you guessed it, this cheese is for quesadillas and any other melting application. Mild in flavor like a Monterey jack, this is a pleasant cheese, and we love it on burgers or grilled cheese in addition to quesadillas.
