Strawberry Shortcake Bites Strawberries 12 dessert shells White sugar 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tbs sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Lemon juice, optional 💓Cut up strawberries, sprinkle lemon juice & white sugar on top. Mix & set aside for 10-15 min allowing juices to release. 💓Beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, & salt. Mix well. 💓Heat dessert shells @350 for 3-4 min, optional. Spoon in cream cheese mixture & top with strawberries. Garnish with powdered sugar, if desired. Enjoy!
