Saving seeds is an important way to preserve biodiversity, acclimatize crops, save money, and promote self-reliance. However, it's important to save only the best seeds from the crops you grow.
Although I saved the largest artichoke and allowed it to dry on the plant the seeds were small and did not develop well. I'm not saving these seeds to plant again.
