The recipe I followed: 2 ounces tequila 1 ounce lime juice 1/2 ounce lemon juice 2 teaspoons simple syrup 1 egg white 2 dashes bitters Garnish Combine & dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again for another 30 until foamy! Strain into glass and garnish!
