Times to grow Onion 🧅
Onions are planted early in the spring and harvested from summer through the fall.
🧅 Onion are heavy feeders and require constant nourishment to produce big bulbs. Onion love nitrogen fertilizer. I use fish fertilizer.
🧅 Separate the seedlings carefully and keep it moist.
🧅 Plant it about an Inch deep, and about 5-6” apart.
🧅 Grow them in a sunny spot that has fertile, well-drained soil .
🧅 It’s important to keep soil moist so their shallow roots can drink up. Water whenever the top inch of soil becomes dry.
