the Samsung rep gets the customer out of the room and then cuts the TV with a knife to damage it and void warranty.
Customer complains to Samsung and only after he tells them he has video evidence do they end up firing that rep. Can you imagine how many other folks the reps probably done that to that have no recourse.
Iv always trusted repair reps in my house and let them get on with the job. But I'm not sure I will do that again..
