Ingredients:
1kg chuck beef
1kg beef cheek
1 cup beef stock
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1 cinnamon stick
3 bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbspn oil
1 tspn Mexican oregano regular oregano is fine
Salt
