“I thought this was so funny and especially Prince Louis, a budding photographer, he’s taken this photo,” Mr Sullivan said.
“The message that Kate shared with the photo was to appreciate the good times and appreciate and nurture yourself and I think it was very, very poignant, especially on World Cancer Day.”
