Curried Rhubarb Chutney
2 1/2 lb - 1133grams Rhubarb
1/2lb - 226 grams onion
1lb - 453 grams white sugar
1/2 ounce - 14 grams ground ginger
1/4 ounce - 11 grams salt
1/2 ounce- 14 grams curry powder
3/4 pint - 426ml vinegar
4 ounces - 113grams sultanas
You simply chop the rhubarb into 1 inch pieces and pop everything into a pan and cook it all down until you can pull a wooden spoon through it and leave a line, it looks like its just stewed Rhubarb. Steam or water bath can for 15 minutes.
