The new Academic year starting at a time when 50% of schools have no buildings in Afghanistan, education ministry said. Last year, in opening ceremony of academic year, Afghan president Ashraf Ghani promised building of six thousands schools in two years, but officials say that building of only over a hundred has been completed.
