How I made this Siren head costume.
I used a paper towel role, 2 birthday party hats, cardboard strips for head piece, gorilla stick hot glue, gorilla wood glue, acrylic paint, white puffy paint, glow in the dark paint, pipe cleaners for wires (not shown in this video), and a strobe light for the top. I used small pieces of Alien Tape to attach the light so I could remove it to switch light on & off. I also lined the inside of the head piece with material.
