A woman was shot and killed in a car in northeast Charlotte on Friday morning, police said. The victim was found on Stitt Road, not far from the intersection of Eastway Drive and North Tryon Street, around 10 a.m. The vehicle was parked outside the Ella B. Scarborough Community Resource Center. The victim, who hasn't been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. READ MORE:
