Day 11/30: Oven Dried Strawberries.
We’re at the golden time for strawberries at the moment and I grabbed a few packs on sale this week and made some oven dried strawberries.
Sure you can make strawberries into a pie, or my famous gummies, but the babes LOVVVED these crunchy, dried strawberries and I did too!

All you need it:
Strawberries, cut 3mm thick
Grade prof paper
Oven Tray
And pop your oven on as low as it goes, mine goes to 50 degrees and let it cook for anywhere between 4 and 8 hours. They’re done when they’re crispy and still have all their vibrant red colour.
