I had a chipped basement window so I used the RainX Windshield Repair Kit and it worked remarkably well! Although this repair was on a basement window, the process is the same for a windshield. I wouldn't say it made the chip disappear completely, but it is less visible and I'm confident it is strong and won't worsen. The resin is an eye and skin irritant, so be sure to wear your safety glasses and some gloves!
