Meghna’s Magic Tip: When you go to fruit store and buy a Kiwi Fruit, typically it would be a little hard and you may find it a bit sour because it may not be fully ripe. So here is the tip that I have tried with these Green Kiwifruits from Chile. Take a ziplock bag; place an apple with the kiwi fruits in a room and they will ripen faster by next day; else they take 3-4 days to ripen at room temperature.
