When thin pork chops are on sale, buy them and cook them like this!
Recipe: Mix 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. cayenne. Add a pound (about 4) thinly sliced pork loin chops and toss to coat.
Heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 TBSP butter. When very hot, add chops and cook until brown underneath, 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to paper towel to blot off grease.
