I had the cabbage 🥬 so here we go… Classic Coleslaw 4 cups Shredded green cabbage, (about 10 ounces) 1 cup Shredded red cabbage, (about 2-3 ounces) 1 Medium carrots, peeled and shredded 1 cup Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Sugar, or adjust to taste 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon Celery seed (not celery salt) 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Add prepared vegetables to a large bowl. Meanwhile, in a liquid measure, add remaining dressing ingredients and whisk. Pour dressing over the coleslaw and toss to combine evenly. Enjoy! Note: my mother adds much more sugar (3-4 tablespoons). Feel free to adjust to your personal taste. #coleslawrecipe #picnicfood #dougcooking
