1.Begin by standing with a pair of dumbbells held at arm’s length in front of your waist, with you palms facing towards you.
2.Gradually lift the weights in front of your torso, ensuring they stay close to your body, until your elbows reach shoulder height.
3.Pause at the top of the movement, feeling the contraction in your muscles.
4.Reverse the motion, slowly lowering the dumbbells back to the starting position.
5.Maintain control throughout the exercise to engage your muscles effectively.
