Hurricane Helene causes extreme flooding in Asheville, North Carolina.
The creator of the video posted this on social media. "This video was taken from my third floor apartment in Swannanoa, NC. The city of Asheville has faced unprecedented devastation in the wake of hurricane Helene. All funds donated will be distributed directly to our employees at @timesbarandcoffee so they can cover the costs of food, water, rent and all essentials until we can reopen. Our entire water system has been destroyed, and the current estimates are saying 3+ weeks until the system is repaired.
