Easy lemon tart recipe 🍋
One of my favorite desserts and this came out so good :)
Ingredients:
(I used a pre made crust but feel free to make yours from home)
-1/2 c lemon juice or 2 lemons
-3-4 tbsp lemon zest
-1/2 c white sugar
-12 tbsp unsalted butter
-4 eggs
-1/4 c heavy cream
-place in oven for 20-30 minutes on 300 f
Top with powdered sugar and fresh mint 🤍
