To make this jelly, we added water to some gelatin. Add sugar and matcha into a bowl and mix. Add water to these and mix to make a sweetened matcha brew. To this, add the gelatin water and mix. Pour this mixture into a glass container and refrigerate for at least three hours. After this, you can slice the gelatin or do with it as you like.
