This is how I make my sausage links and bundles. it’s a great way to make even links. Mostly I will use this technique when processing wild game but of course it can work for any sausage.
This only works for natural casings , collagen or other artificial simply won’t hold up and the casing will tear apart. It’s just not flexible enough to hold up .
