Hello Everyone!
Good gravy can really bring a meal together. This is a simple gravy recipe that we have used in our family for years. You can add additional seasoning to it as you like.

Gravy:
(recipe can be doubled)
1/4 C. Butter (salted or unsalted)
1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour
2 C. Broth or Stock
Season with Salt and Coarse Black Pepper to your taste.
I start with 1/2 t. Salt and 1/8 t. Pepper and work from there.
