I like the GHR a lot with rowers to train an element of glute and hamstring strength that we miss from just rowing and erging. I typically begin with the Nordic hamstring curl and then progress to the GHR for 2-4 sets of 6-12 reps. Progression: Nordic hamstring curl: Recorded at the @Craftsbury Outdoor Center.
