Peruvian police have used an unconventional strategy to nab a suspected drug dealer on Valentine's Day in the country’s capital, Lima. Vision shows a police officer dressed up in a capybara costume, wearing a turtle backpack with hearts, to carry out the drug raid where authorities found 1,700 packages of cocaine and marijuana. The specialised Green Squad police unit often disguise their agents in fancy dress during holiday periods such as Valentine's Day, Halloween and Christmas. The head of the unit, Col Pedro Rojas said, "On this occasion, Valentine's Day, lover's day, we sought to camouflage ourselves with the character of the capybara."
