Whether you are catching a fly ball or do or die ground ball, try and catch the ball with your glove foot out so right after you catch, you can go right into your crow hop to throw. You’ll want to push off that glove foot to gain ground and momentum forward. Reminder to go out, not up.
#1 - Ball will be in your hand and you will start on your knee with your glove foot in front.
#2 - Ball will be in your hand and you will be balancing on your glove foot.
#3 - Put it all together.
