Dumbbell rear delt flies are great for building strength in your upper back and rear delts. This is a humbling exercise because in order to do it correctly and build your rear delts you will need to go very light weight. Performing dumbbell rear delt flies slowly and with maximum control is what will make this exercise incredibly effective. If your posterior deltoids are lagging behind start adding this exercise to your training program.
