Dr Kizza Besigye, the former leader of the Forum for Democratic Change who was arrested in Nairobi, Kenya over the weekend has been produced in the General Court Martial at Makindye. It was not clear what charges the former presidential candidate was charged with. Several members of the Katonga faction of FDC camped near the court martial.
