Ingredient :
150g glutinous rice
100ml water
How to cook :
1. wash the rice 3~4 times gently
2. soak in water for 30 min
3. drain the rice and place in a fyring-pan, add water. Cook until no more liquid remains
4. transfer into a steamer and steam for 20-25 min over high heat
5. let rest 5 min after cooking without opening the lid
6. enjoy!
