NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Police say a Huger man that harassed Hispanic men in a now viral video, has bonded out of jail. Sean Michael-Emmrich Johnson was arrested after turning himself in to the Sullivan's Island Police Department Friday.
