Recipe for 1 serving:
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of green tea leaves (approximately 2 grams)
1/2 an orange
Cut the orange in half and use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp, leaving the peel intact to use as a container. Prick it with a skewer and set aside. Meanwhile, mash the pulp by hand in a saucepan with the water and bring just to a boil. Wait 1 minute before pouring over the tea leaves placed in the container made from the orange peel. Let it steep and sweeten to taste.
