FEB. 2016 - 3 SKULL CRUSHER EXERCISES (for triceps) Skull crushers are an important exercise if someone is looking for tricep growth. I love doing different kinds of skull crushers throughout my tricep training routines. The most important thing to keep in mind when doing this exercise is to eliminate momentum. In this video I explain my technique with this exercise. The 3 skull crusher exercises in the video are: 1.) EZ-bar skull crusher 2.) Dumbbell skull crusher 3.)
