Chief Meteorologist Topper Shutt is talking as a severe thunderstorm warning and a tornado warning are issued. Fairfax County has a Tornado Warning until 8:45 p.m. while D.C, Fairfax, Montgomery and Prince George's counties are under Severe Thunderstorm Warnings until 9 p.m.
