I was eagerly waiting for the end of summer when hazelnut-picking season arrives so I could make this delicious and flavorful cookie.
Hazelnut Qurabiya are incredibly easy and hassle-free, requiring just three ingredients.
If you try this cookie with the taste of roasted hazelnuts, you won’t forget its flavor!
The dough doesn’t need resting, so you can make it right away. Follow a few key tips, and the result will be perfect.
Tip 1: Be sure to use parchment paper.
Tip 2: Before rolling the dough, wet your hands to prevent it from sticking.
If you’re using an oven, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
