1.23.25 The border fire on Otay Mountain started about 2 PM today and Cal fire was quickly on the case. This is a difficult to access area and there are only a couple of dirt roads that get to the top of the mountain where they started. There are some very important radio towers up there that needed to be protected. This is an ongoing incident. currently up to about 300 acres.
