Season and season then more seasoning on your Pork Roast.
8 Hours on low
4 hours on high
Broth (any) & water about 1 cup total
Butter 2 Tbs.
Olive Oil on both sides of roast then season and rub it in.
Cumin
Onion
Garlic
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Flip over half way through cooking if you can.
Add BBQ sauce if desired and enjoy!
