Foot Love is a great self mobilization drill for, you guessed it, the feet! This drill really helps "activate" your feet which is important for any closed chain exercise where your feet are rooted into the floor (squat, bench press, deadlift, etc.). It's also a good idea to perform this drill if you suffer from foot, ankle, or even knee pain! Another added bonus to Foot Love is you can do it very passively as you are sitting on the couch watching TV, listening to a podcast, or in a Zoom meeting!
