I grew up having a lot of various soups as part of my diet
This soup though was not something we ate at home as kids
But it is a soup that’s on my table ,at least once in a week and a half
It’s simple , very very simple
And very subtle in terms of flavour ..

BOTTLE GOURD SOUP
Ingredients
Oil - a little
Peppercorns- 4
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Coriander - a little
Lauki - two big handfuls
Home-made, Vegetable stock - 2 cups or more , depending on how thick or fluid you want your soup
Garlic - 4-6 pearls, finely diced and deep fried
Prep time : 10 minutes
Cook time : 15 minutes
