One of my son in laws favorite nostalgic food is this Rapini Pizza his Grandmother used to make. He asked if I could make it, so I gave it a try. I don't think my outcome is as perfect as hers, but I like to think it sure came close!

2 bunches Rapini, trimmed
3 Garlic cloves, sliced
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
3/4 cup Olive oil, divided
