Our roadtrip to Ottawa, Canada to visit my little sister.
My middle sister went ahead of us and told us Five Guys in Watertown, NY had the best fries and burgers compared to other locations. So we had to stop there to check it out. (Yes, we care about which locations of the same food chain we go to because food tastes different depending on who manages it.)
Dad wanted a milkshake and I told him maybe he shouldn't because he had a lot of junk food recently. So he went ahead and ordered it himself which was his first time ordering in English. His desire for milkshake overpowered his nerve. š
Next time we will get him to order a whole meal in English by himself.
