2-3 TBSP Epis - I used Jamaican Choice Green Seasoning/ Similar to Epis
2 TBSP Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce or 1/2 of a scotch bonnet pepper
1 TSP Baking Soda
2 TBSP flour
1 Egg
1 TBSP salt
Fry at Med-High Temperature until golden brown
