Ingredients:
6 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil + 3 tablespoons more for baking sheet
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
Prepare potatoes with olive oil and spices. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle a couple more tablespoons of olive oil on parchment paper. Place prepared potatoes on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 425F for about 40-45 minutes.
