Fish Sarciado (Salseado) - the quickest way
Sarciadong Isda is literally translated as “Fish with sauce”. Sarsiado is just corrupted form of salseado. Fried fish is simmered in a sauce that is usually composed of tomatoes - generous amount ot it - and onions; some seasonings are also added to enhance the flavor. Thickness and creaminess is further enhanced with eggs.
I used frozen pre-fried for this demonstration to illustrate how to quicken the preparation, and how to enliven left overs. Try it.
