This is the garage door Insulation Kit by Henry. The kit insulates most standard 8’ or 9’ garage doors. Keep in mind you will need two kits for a two car garage door as depicted here in this video. A single kit comes with eight 20 1/4” x 54” panels. I believe this will insulate the door close to an R5 value. At the time of this video, Lowe’s charged $59 for each eight panel kit.
