It's been one year since a tornado ripped through a Great Neck neighborhood in Virginia Beach, leaving families devastated by the damage. The storm was later rated an EF-3 tornado, reaching speeds of 136 to 165 miles per hour. Alex Littlehales shows us the work that still needs finishing, 12 months later.
