Laal Maath is a favorite in my family (read: among parents) and they tried really hard to pass on their all vegetable-eating legacy to us kids as well. We survived somehow😅 This sabzi was almost the toughest one for me, it took me a long time to really enjoy its taste. Never in my wildest dreams I thought I’d be cooking this for myself when I live alone. And here am I! Life is full of surprises, isn’t it? Ingredients I used: - 2 bunch of laal math/red spinach, chopped - 5 to 6 cloves of garlic, roughly smashed - 1 medium sized onion, chopped - 3 green chillies, slit - 2 ladle full of coconut, grated (you could add more or less as preferred) Procedure: - Saute garlic in oil till it changes colour - Add green chillies and onions, fry till they change colour - Add red spinach and cook it till it wilts down completely - Garnish with generous amounts of coconut Enjoy!
